Why can't I connect to my Web Site in a Web Browser?

Don’t worry...usually this is a matter of domain name propagation and very temporary. This happens to everyone that transfers or registers a new domain name. Please understand that CyOp has no control over this.

"Domain Name Propagation" is the process needed for the change to your domain name to filter out to the rest of the world. It all starts with the InterNIC. A simple test is to try to connect to your site by using the IP address instead of the domain name. If you can connect. Your domain name has not propagated yet and you should continue to use the IP address for a couple of days. If you don’t use the IP address initially to publish your site to our Web Servers, you might actually be sending the data to your old Web Hosting company. When you use the IP address in place of the domain name, please do so as follows:

Always use the IP address, without www. in front or .com at the end..
