What should I do if denied access via FTP?

If you are denied access AFTER entering your userid and password, you may be using the wrong password. Please double check the password and try it again.

If you cannot connect at all, or connect and then "hang", there may be problems with connectivity.

Also make sure that the startup directory in your FTP profile (on the "startup tab" in WS_FTP or Cute FTP) is left blank and the "Host name/Address" is your complete web address. I.E. www.your_domain_name.com
