Does CyOp offer non-domain hosting plans?

Cyop has never and does not intend to offer non-domain Web Hosting accounts. We highly recommend that you purchase a domain name ($70) and DO NOT consider non-domain hosting. There are too many reasons to NOT consider non-domain hosting for us to list!
